Zdoom.

I was helping someone with their Digital Camera and I connected it to my machine and set it up in USB Drive mode and it was set up by my Debian Laptop as /mnt/sdd1 and I just mounted the camera and copied the files to my machine. Very simple.

While playing Zdoom in Doom2 MAP32, I was surprised when an Archvile attacked a bot `v234` and he was blown through the wall and ended up in the void. Very funny, I put some Cybers out there and they cleaned his clock.

I am very happy with how Zdoom is running on Linux, but I need to find a Linux Level Editor that will support Zdoom. I maybe could modify Yadex, but I really need to get some Zdoom editing going soon. But i might be able to use lde or something, I am not going back to using fucking Windows, that is for sure.

I am putting a new page up on my site that will feature links to the worst Doom2 wads ever made. I hope I can find the absolute Donkey Blowingly levels to link on this page.

Most 1994 wads could also count except UAC_DEAD of course!

If I wanted to create a binary distribution, this is all of the *.so's you would need to get it to work. Of course binary only distributions take all of the fun out of installing software. You just type dpkg -i foo and you are done. I love installing from source though, as you get to watch the whole thing build and that is a heck of a lot of fun.

Is anyone else sick of the Freaky Frog yet? I sure as fuck am! I cannot stand it when the Jamster advertisment comes on and the fucking Frog is dancing around doing the god aweful fucking dance-remix of the ringtone. I want to grab the frog and throw him into Hell Revealed 1 MAP32 with only his blue fists and teeth to fight with! Or Community Chest 2 MAP05 NightMare!!!!

See how you like that you blue spotted Freaky Frog! He could be crucified alive on the walls of the hell bases just like the Hell Princes. Still twitching and all. The Pumpkins would love to crucify a totally weak and stupid creature as this Frog. Freaky Frog: Ring ding ding ding ding Dah Da DahDaH!!. Pumpkin: Hissss! Whooosshh. Freaky Frog: ARRRGGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Imagine coming into E2M8 and the green marble walls are festooned with twitching frog bodies put there by the Steam Demon. And splattered bluish guts around the level from where the brave but foolish freaky frog thought he stood a chance against the 5 metre tall Steam Demon. Frog vs HE Cruise Missile?

Maybe someone should make some Sprites of the Freaky frog & use the Zdoom decorate lump to bring him to life. Then we could exact our revenge. I choose the Chainsaw Texas Style.

Or he could be in E3M8 and torn apart by the 30mm gun in the Spider Mastermind. What a mess! He could even be put into Alien Vendetta MAP26 and face about 956 monsters in one go, with only his fists to protect himself. What a show he would put on, probably sobbing in a corner after seeing how many Steam Demons there are in that map. Even more than HR2 MAP29.

What an absolute mess. Who would clean up the horrible mess that would make, Imps running around with mops and buckets?

Anyway, I have installed a new .bashrc file and I can now run X-Windows applications over my network. I login to the server via ssh and run the yudit text editor and it pops up on my laptop. The .bashrc automatically handles exporting the display variable so that you can run applications installed on one machine and have it display on another. This is very useful if you could not be bothered to get up and go to the server to run a graphical text editor.

I can even run the Mandrake Control Centre over the network, This way I can administer the machine remotely.

I have done more editing on my latest project, Gate of Mammon, and I am making the largest map I probably ever have. I hope you like this map, it is quite the best map I have ever made I hope. I am making this level with the consultation of the community, so I invite any comments about this wad. Get it here: Gate to Mammon..

There is a person outside the Capitol building with a couple of bags filled with explosives. FOX News Alert shows vision of the Capitol building, I cannot see the person but Police are taking it very cautiously. He is standing there not doing anything but stand still and do whatever you can do, with a heap of explosives. There are Sharpshooters and Police watching him and waiting it out. A nationwide manhunt is for Stephen Stanko who is wanted for murder and Sexual Assualt of a teenager. He is driving a Black Mazda pick-up with Number Plate: 709-PYJ. South Carolina plates. He is very dangerous and people are advised to lock up their houses and not to approach him.

There are 4 police officers rushing him from behind and they have taken him down! A victory for common sense. He had two Roller Bags on each side of him, just standing there with the bags that could have contained bombs. Thank god they did not detonate and damage such a historic building. He was standing completely motionless contemplating his next move, but I think he must have been mentally disturbed.
